1. General provisions

This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) describes how the personal data of users of https://steelway.com.ua/en/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is collected, used, stored and protected.

The personal data controller is TOV “SAYRUS 78” (Limited Liability Company “SAYRUS 78”), Ukrainian company registration number 34873102, representing the SteelWay Industrial brand (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Company address: 140-A Liustdorfska Doroha, Odesa, Odesa Region, 65114, Ukraine.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, the Law of Ukraine “On Information” and other applicable laws and regulations of Ukraine.

By using the Website and submitting personal data through its forms, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and understand the terms under which their personal data is processed.

2. Personal data we may collect

When a user interacts with the Website, the Company may collect the following personal data:

  • the user’s name;
  • telephone number;
  • email address if provided by the user during communication;
  • information voluntarily provided when submitting an enquiry or requesting a consultation;
  • information about a project, facility, product or service in which the user is interested;
  • information obtained during further communication with Company representatives.

4. Legal grounds for processing

The Company processes personal data on the following legal grounds:

  • the need to process the user’s enquiry before entering into a contract;

Any person granted access to personal data for the purpose of performing work or providing services to the Company must use the data only for the specified purpose and must maintain its confidentiality.

8. Data retention

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to process an enquiry, provide a consultation, perform a contract or fulfil another purpose for which the data was collected.

If an enquiry does not result in a contract, contact details may be stored for no longer than three years after the last communication, unless a different retention period is required by law or covered by the user’s separate consent.

Personal data may be retained for a longer period where necessary to comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations or to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Company.

The Company implements reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, copying or destruction.

The user has the right to:

  • request the correction of inaccurate or outdated personal data;
  • request the deletion of personal data where there is no longer a lawful basis for processing it;

  • submit a complaint to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court;
  • use other remedies provided by Ukrainian law.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

11. Personal data of minors

The Website is not intended to collect personal data from persons under the age of 18. If the Company becomes aware that such data was provided without the appropriate consent of a parent or legal representative, the data will be deleted.

The Company may amend or supplement this Policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.

Changes take effect when published on the Website unless otherwise specified in the updated version.
